Villas by the Sea Residences in Lauderdale by the Sea

Located in Lauderdale by the Sea, Villas by the Sea will offer a total of 117 2-Bedroom and 3-Bedroom Residences, in 4 Low-Rise Mediterranean-inspired buildings, 2 of which are across from the Beach and 2 of which will be direct Oceanfront buildings.

Lauderdale by the Sea is located between Ft. Lauderdale and Pompano Beach, offers a number of Restaurants, and is located conveniently close to Ft. Lauderdale Beach and Las Olas.

During my visit to their Sales Office on 8/14/08, the Sales Representative stated that completion of the Beachside Villa buildings is scheduled for October of this year and that only 20 of the 81 Beachside units are still available for sale. Building is being completed in 2 phases. The Beachside Villa buildings (scheduled for completion in October of 2008) will offer two bedrooms with den and three bedroom residences, many with breathtaking ocean views, and will be built around lushly-landscaped Atriums with individual gated entry courts. Residences will range from 1,500 to almost 2,300 sq. ft. and feature the latest in state-of-the-art condominium design including innovative beach-style lofts. Four Floorplans are being offered.

The 2nd Phase of Construction will consist of two Oceanfront Buildings with 36 Residences, scheduled for completion in early 2010. Four Floorplans will be offered, ranging in size from 2,717 Square Feet - 2,857 Square Feet.

The current price range for Residences is mid $500s - $1.5 Million.
